As you may know, as of March 1st, 2015, the Oakland minimum wage increased from $9 to $12.25 per hour. We fully support this increase. Many businesses have raised their prices reluctantly, however, we believe we have found a unique way to keep our prices low and even offer a discount in most cases.


​Starting August 1st 2015, there will be a $2.50 service charge on each service excluding retail items, gift cards, and memberships. However, we will waive the service charge and give a $1 discount if you pay for your services in cash—for a total of $3.50 cash discount. Currently, the credit card processor charges us 2.75% or more for each transaction. If we can save on some of these merchant fees, we can pay all of our employees a livable wage and sick days. This way we can offer a discount to our loyal members and guests, instead of raising our prices. Thank you for your support.

We will email or contact you directly to confirm your appointment request. Our spa policy requires a major credit card visa/mc only to hold all reservations.

Appointments at The Foot Spa & Tea Bar

Your appointment is very important to the team members of The Foot Spa & Tea Bar, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice for cancellations and 24 hours for party of two or more. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment.

Missed Appointments or “No-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. Late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. (If driving, allow 15 minutes for parking). This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs, and to relax before beginning your services.
